When the sun goes down, Alex Wilkie Nature Reserve comes alive! 🌙🦉 Families are invited to explore the reserve after dark on a guided nature adventure filled with wildlife discovery, gentle walking and plenty of curiosity. Red-light torches help visitors look for nocturnal creatures while reducing disturbance, and a live animal presentation brings the secret world of the night even closer. 🔦🐾 The evening includes: 🥾 Short guided nature walks suitable for families 🔴 Red-light torches for careful wildlife spotting 🦇 Activities exploring nocturnal animals and their habitats 👀 Chances to listen, observe and notice what changes after dark 🐾 A live nocturnal-animal presentation 🌿 A memorable evening inside a local nature reserve The walk runs from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday 27 August 2026.
