Lucas and Arthur Jussen bring the edge-of-your-seat energy of Poulenc's Concerto for Two Pianos to Hamer Hall with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and conductor Nodoka Okisawa. This distinctive French-and-Japanese program also features Takemitsu's jazz-inflected Three Film Scores, Yoshimatsu's contemplative And Birds Are Still… and Poulenc's lively Sinfonietta.
Performances are at 7:30pm on Thursday 10 September and Saturday 12 September 2026 at Hamer Hall, Arts Centre Melbourne, 100 St Kilda Road, Southbank. Each concert runs approximately 1 hour 45 minutes including a 20-minute interval. Free pre-concert talks begin at 6:45pm in the Hamer Hall Stalls Foyer on both dates.
