Saturday Family Storytime – Mornington Library

Slow down, snuggle in and make Saturday morning story time! 📚✨ Mornington Library’s relaxed weekend sessions invite babies, preschoolers and their grown-ups to enjoy lively stories, cheerful songs and playful activities together. Parents, grandparents and carers are encouraged to join the fun while children build early listening, language and social skills through shared reading and singing. 👶🎶 Families can look forward to: 📖 Engaging picture books and stories brought to life 🎵 Cheerful songs, rhymes and gentle movement 🌈 Playful activities created for young children 🤗 A warm, welcoming space for families to connect ✨ An easy weekend activity with no booking required It’s a wonderful option for busy families who cannot make weekday programs—and a lovely way to begin the weekend with imagination, laughter and connection. Suitable for children from birth to 6 years. Sessions run from 11:00am to 11:30am on selected Saturdays through 12 December 2026. Entry is completely free, so simply come along and find a comfy spot!
