Sheku Kanneh-Mason plays Finnis

Sheku Kanneh-Mason joins the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra for the Australian premiere of Edmund Finnis’ Cello Concerto, an MSO co-commission conducted by Chief Conductor Jaime Martín. The program also includes Debussy’s Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 5, moving from impressionistic colour to a dramatic journey through challenge and triumph. Performers are the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Jaime Martín (conductor) and Sheku Kanneh-Mason (cello).
