Michael Lye's exhibition explores the spiritual and scientific explanations of existence, breaking down the barrenness of humanity and the raw nature of reality. It reflects on the cold state of humanity and how humanity is in a constant state of flux, driven by a destructive and selfish mindset. The series juxtaposes desolate spaces and voids of human devastation with a foreboding darkness of reality.
